3. Launch

We work hard in the background, building your website, research ad keywords or building your social media brand kit. Then we go live and you start to see results.

5. Ongoing Support & Coaching

Launch provides websites, social media management and ad management to small businesses and entrepreneurs. We are here to take the confusion out of getting your business online and attracting customers. Think of us as your business partner, here to help your business grow.

Once you choose your package, we’ll gather some details about your business — such as your colours, logo, and text. Then we’ll design and build your website for you. After you’ve reviewed and approved it, we’ll launch it live to the web.

The standard price for a website build is £350.

Yes, we charge from £25 per month for basic hosting and maintenance. If you want minor updates then we charge from £35 per month which includes up to 20 minutes per month.

Rather than re-building your current website, we’ll build you a new one using our system. This ensures your new site is fast, mobile-friendly, and consistent with our design standards.

We use a one-page system. Technically your website is only one page, but to any end user it performs exactly like a standard multi-page website. This approach keeps costs down and allows us to deliver professional websites at an affordable price.

No, we use custom code to create websites, and you may find it tricky to edit yourself. Included in our monthly maintenance fee is 30 minutes of updates for small changes such as price adjustments, image swaps, or text edits. For full redesigns, we charge £30 per half an hour.

Any website requires hosting, which is a paid service. While we’d love to look after your online presence, we don’t lock you in like Wix or Squarespace. If you’d prefer to host your website elsewhere, we’ll send you the full site code so you can upload and host it independently.

We provide a fixed number of posts per month in a variety of styles. During onboarding, we’ll create templates that match your current branding and colours. Then we’ll post regularly so your feeds stay active and engaging to potential customers.

£150 initial set-up fee. Then monthly management starts at £295 per month.

Yes — if you want your business to appear active and trustworthy online. Customers often check your social profiles before deciding to buy or get in touch. Regular posting helps you stay visible and relevant.

We’ll set up and manage ad campaigns for your business on Google. We’ll handle research, targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking so you get consistent results without the stress.

We charge £350 to set your ads up. Then if you want us to continue managing your ads we charge from £150 per month. This package includes updates to your ads every two months along with bi-monthly reporting. For more regular updates and reporting, we charge £250 per month.

4. Intellectual PropertyAll content provided by Launch is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of LiabilityNothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under UK law.To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

6. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate access to our Services if you breach these Terms.

7. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
